The phrase most often heard in connection to our ginger biscuits has to be “just like my grandma used to make them!”.  This comes as no surprise as this was indeed my Ouma’s recipe, with added real ginger for that extra zing. Cracks on top prove pure perfection, and if you are looking for the best traditional ginger biscuit, you have found it!
