Shipping Policy

 

At Liza’s Kitchen, we take great care in packaging and shipping your sweet treats to ensure they arrive fresh and in perfect condition. However, once your order leaves our kitchen, it is in the hands of our shipping partners.

Please note the following:

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Shipping Time: Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

  • Perishable Items: Many of our products are perishable. We recommend choosing express shipping for items that are sensitive to heat or require faster delivery.

  • Weather & Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, postal service interruptions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  • Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.

  • Meltable Items: During warmer months, we take extra precautions with heat-sensitive items, but we cannot guarantee against melting during transit. Please order accordingly.
